What we are

Muqadisa Development Foundation (MDF) is a non-government and non-profitable organization established in 2022 under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration & Control) Ordinance, 1961 by a group of visionary development professionals to serve the community. MDF exclusively works with the schools, orphan houses, old homes, and local communities to create a healthy, self-reliant, and vibrant society. It aims to spread awareness on the prevalent social issues and empower the masses to resolve these overwhelming problems. The organization seeks guidance in its work from thematic mandates of government departments, national action plans & laws, the SDGs, and national and international commitments. The organization has developed and implemented various projects on School Health, Child Protection, Livelihood, and elderly People in partnership with the local donors.

MDF urges all Pakistanis and humanitarians around the world to please help us raise funds by making donations for the rehabilitation, food and treatment facilities of flood victims in Pakistan 2022. Child Protection

Child Protection The Management of the MDF is passionate to serve the most vulnerable children specifically the orphans and destitute. The entity will provide foster care services through the establishment of new alternate care facilities or by adopting the already existing orphanages. The MDF will provide a complete package of services that include, education, health, and career development services for the children residing in these facilities.

School Health

School Health

School Health Care Under this area, MDF will provide health care services to the school children and communities with least or no access to health services. The services include health screening and check-ups, treatment, and referrals to specialized health service providers

Livelihood

Livelihood

The organization will focus on the employment and livelihood of the poorest of the poor on sustainable grounds. The services include direct financial assistance to the most deserving people, empowering and assisting in the development of small businesses, linking with interest-free loans, and skill and career counselling programs for the youth.

STRATEGIC APPROACH

Being a social and development organization, MDF established the basis of its work on community-based services by involving key and relevant stakeholders. Initially, the entity started its work by assisting the poorest families, adopting children's education, providing health services in schools and communities, and providing assistance to fewer orphanages.
